Project contributors make a one-time gift to a specific cooperative-led project, and follow it to the final report. Sponsors give a set amount every month or every year to TPRN’s operating fund — which is why 100% of every project contribution reaches the cooperative.

Your receipt, and what it does at tax time
The moment your payment is approved, TPRN emails a receipt to the address you enter above, with a PDF copy you can download and file. It shows the date, the amount, what the contribution was designated to, our legal name — Trading Partner Resource Network, Inc. — and our EIN, 82-3690206. It also states that you received no goods or services in exchange for your contribution.
That is the written acknowledgment the IRS requires a donor to hold for any single contribution of $250 or more. TPRN sends one for every contribution, whatever the amount, so you never have to ask. Keep it with your tax records; contributions are deductible to the extent permitted by law.
A sponsorship is charged on a schedule, and every charge gets its own receipt on the day it is made.
Prefer to give by check? Make it payable to Trading Partner Resource Network, note the project in the memo line, and mail to 1331 South Main Street, Gainesville, FL 32601. 100% of a project contribution still reaches the cooperative.
Cooperatives lead, TPRN reports
Every project is originated, designed, and led by the cooperative. TPRN raises funds and publishes progress reports — photos, narratives, and use-of-funds summaries — from first dollar to final report.
100% pass-through, by design
Member dues and Sponsor gifts cover TPRN’s operating costs, including payment processing and the wire to the cooperative. A project contribution is not reduced to pay for any of it.
Tangible and accountable
Projects are capped at $7,500 and fundraise for a maximum of six months. You always know exactly what you funded, where it went, and what happened next.
